First, Stefano Langone and now, Jacob Lusk! What’s going on? According to reports, in February 2009, Lusk rode an L.A. metro train without a ticket, got caught but skipped the court hearing. Then on another incident,  he was pulled over for a traffic stop and was arrested when the cop saw the warrant.

He served 3 days jail time for it and was put to 2 years of probation.  Since “American Idol” won’t allow contestants compete while on active probation, Lusk begged the judge to drop the probation and succeeded.

How about Stefano?

Stefano Langone after nearly losing his life in a 2009 car crash caused by a drunk driver,  was arrested for driving under the influence himself in Seattle on May 16, 2010.

Here’s the hilarious part…During the sobriety test, Stefano couldn’t properly recite the alphabet answering, “A, B, C, D, E, F, H, H, I, J, K, L, M, N, O, P, Q, T, V, W, J, K, L, sorry, I’m nervous, R, S, T, U, V, W, B, C, D, Y, Z”.

Langone was released on $500 bail but didn’t serve time on the condition that he keep a clean record for the next two years and attend  alcohol and drug education.

So are we expecting more can of worms from this season’s batch of American Idol?
